I lead operations across engineering, product, design, and research at Webflow. I built the function from scratch and now serve as a strategic partner to the CTO and CPO. My team owns everything from annual planning and headcount to board deck preparation, AI adoption, and how the org makes decisions at scale.
Before Webflow I held product operations roles at Lyft and Facebook, and before that I spent five years in the social sector doing monitoring and evaluation work across the US, Venezuela and India. That background in impact measurement shapes how I think about what excellence means for an organization.
